Job Description

Looking for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits and compensation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as talent management tools.
