Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary Range: 2.4 to 3lpa

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. Along with recruitment, the role involves management of additional tasks such as petty cash handling, business purchases, and asset record maintenance both manually and in the HRMS.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Oversee petty cash handling and maintain accurate expense records

Handle business-related purchases via Amazon or other platforms using the company account

Maintain and update asset management records in both HRMS and manual formats

Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Skills:

We are seeking candidates with the following skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

Familiarity with asset management and HRMS systems

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Effective communication and coordination abilities

Role Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and administrative support
