About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will blend creative design understanding with project management expertise to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design integrity are maintained. Coordinate with in-house design teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare, track, and present project plans, schedules, and budgets using Excel and other project tracking tools. Create and deliver project updates, reports, and client presentations using PowerPoint. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues on-ground. Manage procurement schedules and liaise with vendors for timely material delivery. Maintain documentation for all phases of the project — from design sign-offs to final completion reports. Ensure compliance with design standards, client specifications, and local regulations. Key Requirements: 5–10 years of proven experience in managing interior design or fit-out projects. Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline . Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and site coordination. Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint – must be able to handle timelines, budgeting, and client presentations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have (Optional): Experience in commercial/retail interior projects. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools. Show more Show less
