We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our fast-growing IT business. This role blends operational HR responsibilities with strategic collaboration to support business goals and a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement Work closely with recruitment panels to ensure effective and timely hiring Manage team attendance, leaves, and daily work reporting using CRM/HRMS tools Conduct and moderate daily in-house Scrum meetings to align team priorities Collaborate with the lead generation team in business growth strategy meetings Build and manage professional connections on LinkedIn for recruitment and branding Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to foster a positive work culture Ideal Candidate Profile: 4–5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and operations Hands-on experience managing teams and workforce coordination Familiar with CRM/HRMS platforms for leave, attendance, and productivity tracking Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of Apollo.io is desirable Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field What We Offer: A collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Exposure to business strategy in the IT sector Opportunity to grow into a leadership HR role Competitive compensation and a supportive environment 📩 Ready to join us?
