We are seeking an Lead HRBP for a client of ours in Pune. Looking for Only IMMEDIATE (0-15 days joining) Role :- Lead HRBP Domain : Manufacturing, Engineering based out of Pune Location: Dapodi, Pune Working : 6 Days Working (Mon – Sat) Experience : 10-12 years. Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering Possesses a strong understanding of the organization’s vision, strategic goals, and evolving business needs. Well-versed in commercial drivers and how they influence people strategy. Aware of internal culture, political dynamics, and key stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with decision-making processes and business direction. HR Operations Handles the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience. This includes onboarding, managing the performance management system, grievance redressal, engagement activities, and smooth execution of the exit process. Talent Management Facilitates talent reviews and creates personalized development plans. Builds future talent pipelines by implementing succession and career planning strategies. Ensures timely hiring with minimal gaps, matching the right talent to the right roles effectively. Performance Management Leads the annual performance cycle, ensuring process governance and alignment with business goals. Fosters a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance coaching. Supports managers with tools and guidance to drive employee development and engagement. Compensation & Benefits Management Administers C&B processes aligned with business and corporate guidelines. Implements annual compensation cycles that support talent retention and competitiveness in the market. New Hire Induction & Orientation Delivers a structured and positive onboarding experience. Ensures smooth assimilation into the organization with a focus on early engagement and orientation. Employee Engagement & Communication Partners with leadership to foster a transparent, values-driven culture. Proactively resolves employee concerns, improves engagement through targeted interventions, and promotes open dialogue. Educates managers on labor laws and nurtures a performance-based work environment. HR Analytics & MIS Prepares regular HR dashboards and reports. Analyzes attrition data to identify risk areas and recommends actionable retention strategies. Show more Show less
