Key Responsibilities


Learning & Development

  • Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and employee growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to assess skill gaps, define training needs, and create tailored L&D solutions.
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and online training to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.


HR Business Partnering

  • Work closely with business units to understand their human resources needs and support the execution of HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee development, retention strategies, and workforce planning to drive business success.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide coaching and development plans for key talent.
  • Manage and support performance management processes, providing insights into employee development and potential training needs.


MIS Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR-related dashboards and reports, including training metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other KPIs to track HR and L&D effectiveness.
  • Provide HR and L&D insights through advanced data analysis using

    Excel

    (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and other

    MIS tools

    to support business objectives.
  • Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving HR processes and learning outcomes.
  • Prepare regular HR and L&D performance reports for management review.


Excel Expertise & Automation

  • Leverage

    advanced Excel

    skills (e.g., data modelling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to analyse HR data and produce reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure consistent data entry and reporting across all HR functions.


Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, focusing on leadership development, employee retention, and succession planning.
  • Promote a continuous learning culture by encouraging employees to participate in training programs and career development opportunities.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and senior management, to align HR and learning strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Provide HR and L&D guidance on key organizational changes, workforce development, and culture transformation initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in an L&D or HR Business Partner role, with a solid understanding of business functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, macros, etc.).
  • Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and performance metrics within HR and L&D.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering training and development programs that are aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and the ability to analyse data to improve HR and organizational performance.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
