As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Your daily tasks will include advising management on HR issues, handling employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating with different departments to align HR initiatives with business goals. To excel in this role, you should have experience with HR policies and human resources, expertise in employee relations and labor and employment law, skills in performance management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site in Mumbai. A master's degree in Human Resources is required, and experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a plus.
