Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies alignedwith the company's goals. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR prioritiesand initiatives that support organizational growth. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timelymanner, fostering a positive work culture. Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and attract toptalent. Assist in recruitment strategies, participate in the hiring process, and ensure asmooth onboarding experience for new employees. Performance Management: Support performance management processes to driveemployee productivity and development. Provide guidance to managers on performanceevaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs within theorganization. Work with departmental leaders to design and deliver training programsthat enhance employee skills and capabilities. HR Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and companystandards. Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance and mitigate risks. Employee Benefits and Compensation: Assist in managing employee benefitsprograms, including health insurance and other perks. Support compensationbenchmarking to maintain competitiveness and fairness. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics and analyze data to assess theeffectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare reports for senior management tofacilitate informed decision-making.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HRcertification is a plus. 1 - 2 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in the manufacturingor technology industry. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationshipsacross all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
