HRBP

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge between Bodha Matrix staff and external interfaces (subsidiary Departments/Companies)
• Policy implementation & compliance across all Bodha Matrix divisions
• Employee engagement & internal HR support
• Talent acquisition & onboarding coordination
• Performance management & employee development tracking
• Workforce planning & adaptability for dynamic project needs

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, including experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
