You are an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a crucial role at Salad Days in driving people initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations, and cultivating a high-performing culture. Your passion for continuous improvement and solving real business challenges through people will be instrumental in shaping the success of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Onboarding & Documentation:** Your responsibility includes ensuring seamless onboarding, verifying documents, and completing joining formalities in a timely manner. - **Compliance & Benefits:** Manage employee enrollments in PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits while ensuring strict adherence to labor laws. - **Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:** Be the trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring fair and timely resolution of their concerns. - **Employee Engagement:** Design and implement engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance the overall employee experience. - **Performance & Development Support:** Collaborate with managers to drive performance discussions, identify training needs, and support individual growth plans. - **Exits & Offboarding:** Conduct exit processes and feedback sessions to identify trends and enhance retention strategies. - **HR Operations:** Support audits, maintain HR records, and streamline processes to ensure greater efficiency and compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR business partnering. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the Food & Beverage or service industry is preferred.
