As an experienced and results-driven HR Rockstar, you will play a crucial role in establishing and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. Your responsibilities will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, and overseeing various HR processes. You will also focus on improving and monitoring employee productivity, structuring compensation and benefit packages, managing staff wellness initiatives, evaluating staffing needs, managing recruitment efforts, allocating HR funds, and engaging with Heads Of Department.
