Role: AVP Regional Sales Manager Work Location: Mumbai Experience : 8 – 15 Years Job Description You are being the vital part of the Sales team will be accountable and responsible for generating and maximizing revenue by aligning with the business strategy, developing/ executing strategic sales plans and promoting profitable achievement of sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. A self- starter, passionate and go- getter in adapting and applying your proven strategic selling skills to our offerings that continue to grow and evolve. Roles & Responsibilities Primary Ø Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting Ø Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key performance objectives. Ø Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviour . Ø Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects. Ø Responsible for developing sales strategies and setting target. Ø Responsible for networking with major industry players, identifying the corporate clients. Ø Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. Ø Identifies the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Sales reports. Ø Responsible for monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures. Ø Escalate customer issues, process differences and pain points in a timely manner. Ø Maintains strong relationship with the clients. Ø Responsible for generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts. Ø Develop strategies to cross-sell / up-sell to existing accounts and also open new accounts Ø Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities in the existing account Secondary Ø Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team Ø Responsible for service delivery ensuring client retention and references Ø Ensures that client issues are resolved in an efficient manner.
