Job Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot. Architect cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps. Drive best engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability using modern DevOps practices. Conduct code reviews and enforce high coding standards and best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Skills & Qualifications : 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.). Experience with system design, distributed computing, and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
