Regional Sales Manager

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the designated territory.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance performance and seize growth opportunities.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Define performance objectives, conduct regular appraisals, and identify team training and development needs. Dr Reddy
• Support effective coach-on-field visits, area meetings, and performance monitoring.

Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, chemists, and stockists.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach across assigned areas.
• Ensure high standards of ethical promotion and regulatory compliance in all sales activities.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to senior management.
• Manage budget allocations for sales operations and travel within the region.
• Utilize CRM or sales tracking tools for better planning and performance analysis.

• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 8-12 years in a leadership role such as Regional Sales Manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
