In the fragrance segment, we cater to diverse categories such as hair care, fabric care, Cosmetics, Candle, Fine fragrances, personal care, personal wash, body care, home care and hygiene.


In the flavours, we cater to bakery, beverages, confectionery, oral care, dairy, seasonings, health and nutrition.


Key Responsibilities (Fragrances):

  • Drive B2B sales across the assigned territory by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts in the fragrance sector.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with perfumers, R&D teams, and procurement heads across personal care, home care, and fine fragrance industries.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align client needs with our offerings.
  • Track competitor activities regularly and provide market intelligence to support business planning.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years and above of sales experience in the fragrance and flavour industry, with minimum 5 years in a senior or team leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value customer accounts.
  • Excellent industry network and understanding of fragrance trends, formulations, and applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-12 days monthly across assigned regions.
