With experience working across top creative/marketing agencies and handling well-known brands , you’ll bring strategic thinking and creative insight to build campaigns that make GoBoult not just a market leader, but a culture-driving brand . This role requires a mix of brand strategy, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration —where you’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a consistent and powerful brand presence across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Own and drive brand strategy for GoBoult’s rebrand and ongoing campaigns. Develop integrated marketing campaigns that are bold, innovative, and culturally relevant. Collaborate with creative, digital, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across channels. Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable brand initiatives. Manage campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work. Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends to keep GoBoult at the forefront of creativity. Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably from top creative/marketing agencies or 3+ years post MBA (Tier 1) in a D2C first brand. Proven track record of working on well-known consumer D2C first brands with high-impact campaigns. Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer insights . Experience collaborating with creative, digital, and media teams. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated expertise in leading high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns. Exceptional storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills. Passion for pushing creative limits and experimenting with new formats and ideas. Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and mentor teams.
