What You’ll Do (aka your superpowers)

• Own the video universe of GoBoult

  — from scrappy Insta-style shorts to cinematic hero films.
• Build branded IPs that fans actually wait for.
• Juggle both worlds: low-budget/high-impact content + large-scale productions.

• Plug into the culture

  — know the trends, creators, and hooks that will keep us ahead.
• Work with our in-house creatives, copywriters, and marketers to craft content that’s both disruptive and on-brand.
• Lead the process: brief → shoot → post → publish.
• Bring your

  production black book

  — agencies, directors, editors, influencers, talent across Delhi & Mumbai. You’ll know who to call before anyone else does.
• Set up an in-house content shop capable of pumping out everything from snackable clips to polished brand films.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years in video production / creative production, ideally in digital-first brands, agencies, or media companies.
• A reel (portfolio) that proves you can do it all: campaign films, reels, branded IPs, maybe even something that went viral.
• Strong experience managing budgets and squeezing magic out of small ones.
• Networked like crazy — you know production houses, directors, talent agencies in Delhi & Mumbai on speed dial.
• Hands-on with shoots, editing basics, and post-production workflows.
• A cultural sponge — you live in trends, memes, pop culture, and you know what works on Insta, YouTube, and beyond.
• Leadership chops — you can inspire and manage freelancers, vendors, and an in-house video squad.
• Understanding of 2025 trends on social media
