Are you a storyteller with a strong visual sense and project coordination skills? L4 Lavender Media is looking for a Creative Producer to oversee the entire content production process — from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-production, production & post-production phases
• Work closely with directors, editors, designers, and writers
• Develop and execute creative ideas for ad films, branded content, and social media
• Coordinate shoot schedules, casting, and logistics
• Ensure quality control and deadline adherence

Requirements:

• Passion for storytelling, visual media, and creativity
• Prior experience in production or media is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills
