About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our creative team. As a Producer, you will own the entire scripting workflow, right from story & localization to the final script creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Lifecycle Management:

  Own the complete scripting including story, localization, scripting and quality check of the content.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to create the best quality content

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure the project meets the company's high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.

• Team Leadership:

  Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.

• Industry Trends:

  Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.

• Recruitment and Training:

  Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in

  story and screenplay

  for fictional video content
• Proficiency in

  English

• Curiosity to

• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
