Role Overview: As the Manager, Learning Experience Design at Visa University's Learning Experience Design community, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Tech Learning organization. Your main responsibility will be to partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop modern learning solutions that drive business impact and performance, particularly focusing on hands-on coding lab-based learning for software developers, data scientists, engineers, and other technical roles. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 10 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD). Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, fostering collaboration between team members, mentoring and coaching on Agile practices and technical domains, and facilitating training opportunities are also part of your responsibilities.
