About the role:

Creative Producer / Commercial / Showrunner

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive each show from

  concept to release

• Collaborate with writers during scripting to ensure narrative quality, structure, and hooks.
• Attend PPMs and align creative direction between script and director.
• Supervise shoots to maintain storytelling and visual fidelity.

• Oversee post-production

  — edit reviews, pacing, sound, promo cuts.
• Approve final show readiness before release.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing for promo asset creation.
• Ensure all deliverables are on time and meet platform standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in film, OTT, or digital short-form content.

• Strong script sense and creative judgment.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Based in Mumbai, willing to be on-set regularly.
