Type: Full-Time | Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ years in video post-production, ideally in digital/short-form content About The Role As our Post Production Manager, you’ll be the final gatekeeper before content goes live. You’ll ensure every episode is polished, on-brand, and immersive—across visuals, audio, and pacing. Key Responsibilities Review episode cuts for pacing, structure, and cliffhanger strength Ensure audio quality—dialogue sync, music layering, and mixing are broadcast-ready Check subtitle accuracy, style consistency, and proper sync Maintain visual standards—color grading, transitions, text overlays, etc. Flag and resolve any cultural insensitivities, tonal issues, or visual inconsistencies Coordinate with editors, dubbing teams, and creative supervisors to deliver on time You Should Have Proven experience managing post-production workflows Sharp eye for detail in editing, storytelling, and aesthetics Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus: Experience with vertical short-format content (Reel/Shorts/Microdramas) Please note that the first step in the application process involves completing an assignment, which will be shared with you upon shortlisting your profile.
