Post Production Manager

Avenir?3D is a leading 3D animation and rendering studio specializing in real estate visualization, architectural walkthroughs and immersive experiences. We're seeking a proactive, detail?oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth.

AVENIR is seeking a skilled Video Editor with a Minimum 4 years of experience in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, video shoots, and Video Shoots/Cinematography, Direction.. The primary role is to create visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand vision and objectives, producing high-quality videos for various platforms to engage and inspire our audience.

Ideal Profile

• 25 years of experience in video editing and post-production management (agency or production house background preferred).
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and related tools.
• Knowledge of sound design, color grading, AI tools, VFX, and motion graphics.
• Proven ability to manage post-production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative sense.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Skills Required:

• 4+ years of video editing experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite - After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Strong conceptual thinking, video editing, Storytelling and design skills.
• Expertise in animation and motion graphics.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Social Media, UGC and creative video ideas.
• Familiarity with computerized video editing applications and procedures.
• Proficiency in UGC Content Creation.
• Expertise in Instagram and YouTube Metrics and Algorithms.

Good to Have's:

• Familiarity with VFX is a Plus.
• Experience with Figma and Illustrator for design elements.
• Experience with 3D Modelling & Animation and animation is a plus.

Budget

Our budget for this job is in between Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 6,00,000 per annum
