Post Production Manager

One Of A Kind Photography is a leading creative studio specializing in wedding, event, and photography and videography. We are known for our unique visual style, attention to detail, and excellence in post-production. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Post Production Manager to lead our creative team and ensure top-quality deliverables for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Post Production Manager will oversee all stages of post-production including photo editing, video editing, retouching, album designing, and color correction. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating with production and sales teams, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring the post-production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire post-production team (photo editors, video editors, album designers, retouchers, etc.)
• Review and ensure the quality of all deliverables meets company standards.
• Plan and allocate projects to team members based on workload and skill set.
• Coordinate with the photography and videography teams for smooth project handovers.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of all client deliverables.
• Maintain consistency in color tones, style, and visual standards across all projects.
• Implement workflows and naming conventions to organize files systematically.
• Liaise with the sales and client service teams to understand client requirements and revisions.
• Train and guide the post-production team to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Troubleshoot software or technical issues related to editing and storage.
• Maintain and update software licenses, backup systems, and archives.

Requirements:

• Any degree or Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communication / Media / Film Editing or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in photography or videography post-production (management experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of color grading, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Languages Preferred:

Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada (multilingual preferred)

Salary:

Based on experience and performance.
