Role & Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally. • Understand clients’ marketing objectives and collaborate with internal teams, including sales, strategy, content production, and others, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects. • Conduct regular check-ins and arrange performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and arrange to provide optimization recommendations. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue. • Organize regular client training sessions and workshops to educate them on content marketing and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • 0-1 year(s) of experience in a customer success or account management role, necessarily in a digital agency or marketing environment. Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities Plan and execute SEO strategies that align with client business goals across multiple industries. Conduct in-depth keyword research, on-page audits, and technical SEO evaluations. Collaborate with content and tech teams to implement SEO recommendations across websites. Develop and manage a content calendar based on search trends and keyword opportunities. Track and analyze site performance, traffic, and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Optimize site structure, internal linking, metadata, and other on-page elements.
