Creative Producer

• Creative development: Shape the storyline, define the tone and style, pitch new ideas, and oversee script and storyboard development.
• Team and talent management: Hire and manage the production team, including directors, screenwriters, and casting directors.
• Project management: Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, assign tasks, and ensure all work is completed on time and within scope.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve creative and logistical challenges that arise during production.
• Budget and finance: Manage the budget, negotiate contracts, and secure funding for the project.
• Quality assurance: Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the project's objectives.
