Role Description We're looking for a Creative Producer to lead our content production from concept to completion. You'll create compelling photo and video content that brings our brand to life—whether that's directing in-house shoots, collaborating with external creators, or developing campaigns that perform. This role is about translating brand vision into visual stories that resonate. Conceptualize and execute photo and video content across all brand channels Lead in-house production—planning, shooting, and overseeing post-production Partner with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality work Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to keep projects on track Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and meets quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in video production and photography with a strong portfolio Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple productions simultaneously Marketing savvy —you understand what makes content perform Excellent communication —you can brief creators, collaborate with teams, and present ideas clearly Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every frame Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field Must be able to work on-site in Goa
