Job Description

Managing Schedules and Calendars: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling Correspondence: Answering phone calls, emails, and managing written communication on behalf of the employer. Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring logistical support for meetings. Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Data Management: Maintaining databases and filing systems. Expense Management: Collating and filing business expenses. Client and Supplier Liaison: Acting as a point of contact and facilitating communication with clients and suppliers. Additional Responsibilities: Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events. Research and Information Gathering: Conducting research and compiling information. Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing mail, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. Personal Errands: Assisting with personal errands as needed. Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Providing Customer Service: Dealing with clients and visitors in a professional and efficient manner. This Candidate will be on point of contact on MD's behalf.
