Our operations and program teams are the backbone of our ability to scale efficiently and serve millions of customers across India and beyond.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead and drive key initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and D2C growth. The ideal candidate combines operational acumen with strategic thinking, is comfortable managing cross-functional programs, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-scaling ecosystem. Youll be responsible for ensuring execution excellence, optimizing processes, and managing a small team to deliver on key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Program Execution: Oversee multiple strategic and operational programs across Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics, Product, and D2C functions.
  • Drive D2C Growth: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve fulfillment, delivery speed, and customer experience for direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of Associate Program Managers and Analysts to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams to drive execution at scale.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, operational data, and dashboards to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders - including vendors, logistics partners, and leadership - to ensure timely delivery of goals.
  • Program Governance: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report progress to leadership through structured reviews and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion automation, tool adoption, and process innovation across the operations ecosystem.
  • Special Projects: Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities such as new product launches, process revamps, or capacity Education: B.Tech required; MBA preferred
  • Experience: 47 years in operations, program/project management, supply chain, manufacturing, or D2C businesses
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with ERP systems, IT tools, or automation initiatives is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines
