Role Overview:

Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:
Drive Home Loan sales through
direct sourcing, connectors, and channel partners
.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of
Sales Managers and Executives
.
Channel Development:
Build and nurture relationships with
builders, and connectors
to expand market reach.
Strategic Planning:
Design and implement regional strategies to achieve
monthly and annual targets
.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to
company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms
.
Reporting:
Provide accurate and timely
business performance reports
to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum
10+ years in Home Loan sales
, with at least
3–4 years in a leadership role
.
Industry Background:
Banking/NBFC/Housing Finance.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of
Home Loan products and processes
.
Proven ability to
manage large teams and drive results
.
Excellent
relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in
CRM tools and MS Office
.

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
