Regional Sales Manager

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and leading a team of sales representatives.Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on regional sales results and forecasts to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team management and customer interaction.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
