Logistic Manager who can handle team of 100 logistic executive in the states of WB.
from the core of Pathology Laboratory background only.
Coordinating and managing logistical operations: Overseeing the timely and accurate transportation of specimens, supplies, and information to support the laboratory's diagnostic processes.
Budget management: Managing the laboratory budget, including procurement of equipment and supplies, negotiating with vendors, and monitoring expenses to stay within budgetary limits
Collaboration and communication: Working closely with clinicians, researchers, and department heads to align laboratory services with organizational needs and goals. 1
The logistic manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the laboratory operates smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall quality of patient care or research outcomes.
