Job Description: Logistics Manager.

Location: Cuttack, Odisha.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Experience: 4-5 yrs.

Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate with vendors, transporters, and third-party logistics providers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate logistics performance.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize routes, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead and train logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, expenses, and operational challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/Tally, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with local geography and transportation networks in Cuttack & BBSR is preferred.
