The role of a Regional Sales Manager in the diagnostic sales field involves overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. They manage sales teams, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives

  • Managing a sales team
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring individual and team performance
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise sales effectiveness
  • Analysing market trends and competition
  • Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics
  • Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Conducting market research and identifying new trends or opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Referral Diagnostic Laboratory: 7 years (Required)
