Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee data, including master database maintenance, payroll processing, and exit processes.
Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement effective HR analytics strategies to drive business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and improve overall workforce engagement.
Ensure accurate reporting on HR metrics using HRIS tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, exit process, employee data management, and HR analytics principles.
Same industry experience will get preference
