As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of key activities to drive the company's human resources initiatives and support organizational growth. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Strategic HR Planning:** - Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. - Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities that foster organizational growth. - **Employee Relations:** - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR matters. - Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly. - Promote a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and boost morale. - **Talent Acquisition:** - Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and attract top talent. - Develop recruitment strategies, participate in the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. - **Performance Management:** - Implement performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and development. - Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and improvement plans. - **Learning and Development:** - Identify training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs. - Collaborate with departmental leaders to deliver training that enhances employee skills. - **HR Compliance:** - Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices. - Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and conduct audits to monitor compliance. - **Employee Benefits and Compensation:** - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. - Review and benchmark compensation practices for competitiveness and equity. - **HR Metrics and Reporting:** - Track HR metrics, analyze data, and assess the effectiveness of HR programs. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters' degree or HR certification preferred. - 3-4 years of proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in the technology or services industry.
