Hiring HR Business Partner POD Operations

We are looking for dynamic professionals for the HRBP team with strong experience in **HR Operations**.

Experience Required: 36 Years
CTC: Up to 6 LPA Work Locations: Surat / Kolkata / Ahmedabad Joining: Immediate to 15 days Interview Mode: Virtual

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred (as per workforce diversity requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance management
Handle HR operations including payroll coordination and compliance
Support workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives
