Job Description

As an HRBP at MasterChow, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our growing teams to bring our values to life. You will act as a strategic partner to department heads, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy to ensure the success of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and high-performance work culture that is in line with MasterChow values. You will drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and feedback mechanisms to create a positive work environment for our employees. Collaborating on learning and development programs, performance management cycles, and career development plans will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be expected to identify skill gaps and succession planning needs to support the growth and development of our teams. As the HRBP, you will own the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews. You will partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure fair and competitive rewards for our employees. Ensuring smooth HR processes, such as onboarding, exits, grievance handling, and policy compliance, will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Supporting organizational changes and transitions through effective communication, coaching, and planning will be essential in this role. You will act as a sounding board for employees and leadership during periods of transformation to ensure a smooth transition. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-8 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in FMCG/start-up/consumer brand environments. A strong understanding of business functions, data-driven HR, and the employee lifecycle is crucial. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are also required to excel in this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup is essential for this position. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the work location is in person.,
