Collaborating on learning and development programs, performance management cycles, and career development plans will be essential aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for identifying skill gaps, succession planning needs, and owning the performance management process from goal setting to year-end reviews. Partnering with leadership on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews will also be part of your duties. Ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance by managing onboarding, exits, grievance handling, and policy compliance, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and reporting, will be critical. You will also support organizational changes and transitions through effective communication, coaching, and planning, serving as a reliable resource for employees and leadership during periods of transformation. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 4-8 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles, with a preference for backgrounds in FMCG, start-up, or consumer brand environments. A strong grasp of business functions, data-driven HR practices, and the employee lifecycle is essential, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be beneficial for this full-time position.
