HRBP

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our dynamic and fast-growing global consulting firm based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in supporting business functions with robust HR solutions and people strategies. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business units and leadership, focusing on talent initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. Your role will require you to align people's initiatives with our fast-paced business growth while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for business leaders and teams on all HR-related matters, collaborating with the central talent acquisition team for hiring mandates, supporting performance review cycles and feedback mechanisms, driving employee engagement and culture building, ensuring HR operations compliance, and leveraging data and analytics for workforce insights. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent, have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2 years in an HRBP or business-facing role, and preferably possess prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or high-growth startup environments. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, high ownership, flexibility, and the ability to both strategize and execute effectively.
