As we expand our teams across verticals, we are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business functions with robust HR solutions and people strategies.Position OverviewThe HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business units and leadership, facilitating talent initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. The role requires a candidate who is hands-on, agile, and capable of aligning people's initiatives with fast-paced business growth while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering
- Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and teams on all HR-related matters.
- Understand business goals and challenges to co-develop workforce strategies that support scalability and performance.
- Provide proactive support in organization design, restructuring, and talent planning.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Collaborate with the central talent acquisition team to fulfil hiring mandates across verticals.
- Participate in interviewing and selection of key talent.
- Oversee seamless onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires into the business.
Performance & Capability Management
- Support performance review cycles, OKR setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
- Facilitate coaching, L&D programs, and succession planning frameworks.
Employee Experience & Culture Building
- Drive employee engagement through structured communication, recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
- Proactively address employee concerns and conduct regular check-ins to monitor team health.
- Promote an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven workplace.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Coordinate with the HR operations team on documentation, policy implementation, and process governance.
- Leverage data and analytics for workforce insights and reporting.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or business-facing role.
- Prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
