Job Description: The HR Manager position at Quick Brew System requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement human resource strategies in line with the company's business goals. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Your role will involve leading the recruitment and selection process, driving employee engagement and retention, ensuring legal compliance, identifying training needs, handling employee relations issues, and providing HR insights to senior management. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. - Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. - Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication, recognition, and development programs. - Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair evaluation, feedback, and development planning. - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management. - Provide HR insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). - Experience: 8-12 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or service-based industry. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as required.
