Job Description

The I Support Foundation, Lucknow is looking for Shadow Teacher to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Candidate must have Diploma in Special Education and graduates in Psychology will also be suitable.
Provide academic support and assistance to students with special needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Adapt and modify classroom activities and assignments to accommodate students' learning needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in specific subjects or academic skills.
Assist students in developing study strategies, organizational skills, and self-management techniques.
Monitor student progress, behavior, and social interactions in the classroom.
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and educational specialists about student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings, student assessments, and educational planning sessions.
Support students during transitions between classes, activities, and school environments.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in working with students and families.
