Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shadow Teacher located in Hyderabad. The Shadow Teacher will provide individualized support to children with learning differences or behavioral challenges within a classroom setting. Responsibilities include assisting the child in understanding lessons, focusing on activities, developing social and communication skills, and ensuring a comfortable learning environment. Collaboration with teachers and parents to monitor and report the child’s progress is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development, special education needs, and inclusive learning methods
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with neurodiverse children
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to support the child’s educational and emotional growth
• Background in psychology, special education, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in supporting children with special or behavioral needs is beneficial
