Key accountabilities Support the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys, polls, employee forums, and interviews. Help maintain reports and dashboards that track employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Assist in organising and evaluating employee programs such as onboarding, recognition, country engagement, and wellness initiatives. Work with the People & Culture team to identify trends and suggest improvements to the employee experience. Stay up to date with best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture. Help prepare presentations and reports to share insights with internal teams. Skills & Experience A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR, data analysis, psychology, or a related field. Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, or organisational development and ability to research industry trends and good practice in areas of employee experience. Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with survey tools or data visualisation platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. A curious mindset and a passion for making work better for everyone. Ability to interpret and analyse data to create tangible insights Organisation skills with ability to project plan and deliver aspects of key projects Collaborative approach and working in matrix style - able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
