As a leader in the occupational health services at Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL), your role will be crucial in ensuring statutory compliance, promoting employee well-being, and managing medical emergencies and preventive health programs. You will oversee the factory's health services, conducting pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations while providing medical care and emergency treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
