Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Executive - Non IT, your role involves managing recruitment and selection processes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, develop HR policies and procedures, and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Handling employee relations issues effectively, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting in performance management processes are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate training and development programs, maintain accurate employee records, and organize employee recognition programs and events. Conducting exit interviews, addressing feedback for continuous improvement, researching and implementing best practices in HR management, and staying updated on industry trends and legislation affecting HR practices are essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and candidate screening - Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals - Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture - Handle employee relations issues effectively while maintaining confidentiality - Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases - Organize employee recognition programs and events - Conduct exit interviews and address feedback for continuous improvement - Research and implement best practices in HR management - Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and programs - Stay updated on industry trends and legislation affecting HR practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 4-6 years of experience in HR roles - Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively - Experience with HR software and databases - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience in conflict resolution and mediation - Knowledge of performance management systems - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for employee development and organizational culture - Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities - Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards,
