Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Design Systems: Build and maintain a cohesive design system that aligns with the brand vision and ensures consistency across all platforms. Proficient in website design, social media creatives, brand documentation, and video editing Design Website & Digital Assets: Create engaging, user-friendly web designs that reflect brand identity and deliver a seamless experience for visitors. Lead Social Media Design: Design captivating social media content (static and video) that communicates the brand's story and engages our audience. Create Brand Documentation: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all design materials adhere to the brand's standards and vision. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create designs that support product launches, campaigns, and overall brand strategy. Platform-Ready Design: Design high-converting product listing creatives for marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, and Blinkit. Ensure Consistency Across Platforms: Deliver consistent, high-quality design across multiple platforms, including website, social media, and digital campaigns. Qualifications 2 to 5 years experience with a D2C skincare brandExpertise in design systems and the ability to implement them across various platformsProficient in website design, social media content creation, and brand documentationExperience with both static and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Strong portfolio showcasing design work that reflects attention to detail and consistencyExcellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team Need thier portfolio along with thier CV.
