Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our dynamic team. The HR Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging data to optimize human resources processes, provide actionable insights, and support the organization's overall people strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting.


Responsibilities/Duties


  • Partner with HR Associates and business partners to create/augment and deliver reports and dashboards that support HR functions to enhance the employee experience.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights into decision-making.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and authenticity by periodically auditing multiple HR systems, thereby empowering end users to make data driven and reliable analytical decisions.
  • Respond to and resolve ad-hoc HR reporting inquiries about the organization and its employees.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex

    SQL

    queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within

    HR systems

    and

    databases

    .
  • Partner with IT and the HR Tech teams to optimize and maintain the Oracle HCM system.
  • Build relationships across business functions to identify problems related to people data and identify potential solutions by leveraging existing tools.
  • Work towards enhancing our existing reporting catalog.
  • Develop and maintain metrics utilizing Oracle data, ServiceNow tickets and additional sources.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, in all reporting and data activities.
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR reporting tools and systems, providing training and support to stakeholders as needed.


Experience


  • 2-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources and HR data, metrics, and business processes.
  • Two or more years of experience developing complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and analyzing the data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for advanced data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with ticketing, BI and task management tools like Oracle FAW, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM applications like

    Oracle Fusion (preferred)

    , PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.
