Such projects include daily interaction with employees, landlords, and vendors; and associated administrative tasks. This position is responsible for assisting TrueBlue’s Real Estate, General Ledger, and Field Operations teams by managing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on internal administrative processes. The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Manager and is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Tacoma, WA. Delivers property management services to the TrueBlue companies. Property management services include but are not limited to the following duties: Manage repairs, expenses, and utilities for a portfolio of approximately 250 leased locations utilizing TrueBlue’s ProLease database software. Maintain accurate records related to lease and branch location management. Process invoices, repair/replacement requests, check requests, place Certificate of Insurance orders, set‐ up and disconnect utilities, and administer other vendor/landlord related changes. Manage the installation and removal of interior and exterior signage. Review NNN reconciliations, processes payment requests and/or ensure proper credit from landlords. Work closely with a CRE Management to create, administer, or modify administrative processes, procedures, and associated manuals. Coordinate the delivery of CRE services with other internal departments. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of administrative experience Strong customer service skills. Experience in the CRE industry or working with leases a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Demonstrated success in process management and negotiation. Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee and landlord population. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Attention to detail – produce quality reports and contract agreements.
